Direct Cremation Service

Our Direct Cremation Package includes:

• Transportation of the deceased from place of death to Cremation facility.
• Obtaining the True Certified Copies of Death Certificate
• Filing of Death Certificate and all Necessary Permits
• Alternative Cremation Container if Required
• Return of Cremated Remains in our Minimum Urn
• Crematory fee
• Transfer of Cremated Remains into a Purchased Urn
• Social Security Notification

Authorization

Permits and authorizations are prepared according to state law. We also notify Social Security.
